Job Description
Job Overview Mail Processor We are a small applicant workers' compensation law firm seeking a reliable and organized part-time Mail Processor to assist with our daily incoming and outgoing mail. Responsibilities Receive, open, and scan incoming mail Scan and upload documents into our case management system Prepare and send outgoing mail Deliver outgoing mail to post office Handle confidential legal documents with care and discretion Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organization Basic computer and scanning skills Reliable and able to work independently Ability to handle confidential information professionally Prior office, mailroom, legal, or administrative experience is a plus
