Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packer Sorters to join our warehouse team. In this role, associates will be responsible for sorting ecommerce packages by carrier and freight service, staging freight in designated lanes, and loading packages onto trailers for shipment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse shipping experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Sort ecommerce packages by carrier and freight service (UPS, FEDEX, ONTRAC, and others) Stage sorted packages in the correct carrier lanes Load sorted packages onto the appropriate pick-up trailers Verify shipping labels and ensure packages are routed correctly Maintain an organized and clean work area Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

Ability to identify and differentiate shipping labels by carrier and service type (UPS, FEDEX, ONTRAC, etc.) Experience floor-loading trailers with loose packages and/or pallets Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred Background in picking, packing, sorting, or loading Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move packages throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality
