The Check-In/Check-Out Clerk is responsible for checking in drivers' bills and delivery receipts, as well as scanning and entering them into the database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Obtain required bills and delivery receipts from drivers. Enter information from the bills and delivery receipts into the system. Report any over, short, or damaged notations on the bills or delivery receipts to operations. Work closely with drivers, dispatch, and operations. Use OHFL systems to enter data and utilize information to address questions and resolve issues as they arise. Perform general office duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
No experience required; OHFL will provide training. Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues successfully. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products. AS400 experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
