For nearly a decade, we've partnered with The Container Store to create calm, functional, and inspiring spaces for homes and offices throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. We're expanding our team of Professional Organizers — compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who love transforming spaces and empowering clients through organization. About the Position This is an independent contractor (1099) role that's ideal for someone seeking flexible, supplemental income or fulfilling part-time work. As a Pro Organizer, you'll work directly with clients to declutter, categorize, and set up customized systems for maintaining order. You'll represent Your Pro Organizer in the field, working in clients' homes, offices, and storage spaces to create lasting results. We do our best to match you with projects near your area, but some travel throughout South Florida is required. Key Responsibilities Help clients declutter, sort, and organize a variety of spaces including closets, kitchens, garages, offices, and more Create systems for storage, labeling, and maintenance that support clients' lifestyles Provide a supportive, nonjudgmental experience for clients throughout the organizing process Collaborate with team members on larger projects Communicate clearly, arrive on time, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor Qualifications Naturally organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, moving bins/boxes) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clients Prior organizing or design experience is a plus, but not required Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor Why Join Us Flexible schedule
