This team member will be responsible for receiving and sorting mail in a high volume personal injury firm while keeping record of all incoming and outgoing items along with data entry and filing. Primary Responsibilities Receive and sort mail and load it on the delivery cart Distribute mail to appropriate recipients Maintain record of incoming mail but entering notes in the software system Ensure delivery of outgoing mail to courier and post office Count and record inventory items Assist in archiving documents Perform data entry activities Post shipping labels on packages Complete shipping forms Arrange for courier services Replenish supplies
