MSA Driver The OSA Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of packages while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
- Lift tools and packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors
- Load and unload items in delivery vehicle Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable
- Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
- Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
- Previous experience las a delivery driver is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work individually
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
