Simply Organized, a division of Wirks Moving & Storage, is looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented people to join our organizing team! This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with flexible, project-based scheduling. We help clients with home organization, packing, unpacking, downsizing, move-ins, move-outs, and seasonal organization. About the Role Simply Organized, a division of Wirks Moving & Storage, is looking for dependable and friendly individuals to join our organizing team! This is a highly flexible, project-based 1099 Independent Contractor role—ideal for anyone looking for part-time work with a variable schedule. Depending on client demand and your availability, workload can range anywhere from 1 day a week up to 5 days a week . What You'll Do Organize closets, kitchens, garages, offices, and other residential spaces. Pack and unpack household belongings during moves or downsizing. Sort, declutter, label, and design functional organization systems. Assist with seasonal projects (e.g., setting up or packing away holiday decorations). Work directly with clients in their homes to deliver exceptional, stress-free service.

What We're Looking For Customer Service Focus:

Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive, caring attitude when working directly with clients.

No Experience Needed:

Prior organizing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!

Flexibility:

Ability to accept projects based on varying weekly availability (1-5 days per week).

Reliability:

Reliable transportation to job sites and weekday daytime availability through 5 PM (occasional weekend availability as needed).

Physical Stamina:

Comfortable with active physical work, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying boxes.

From $20.00 per hour
