High SchoolResponsibilitiesAre you a night owl who thrives in a busy environment? Our team is looking for a dedicated Transaction Processor to support a critical Treasury Management operation. You will play a key role in ensuring financial mailings and packages are processed accurately and efficiently.

What You Will Do:

Operate automated mail sorting equipment (MPS40) to process high volumes of incoming mail. Scan and track priority, express, and certified packages to maintain accurate records. Prepare and stage mail batches for delivery to various production floors. Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting to keep operations running smoothly. Research and identify errors to ensure 100% accuracy and meet client service standards. What You Need to

Succeed:

1-3 years of experience in a mailroom, lockbox, or high-volume production setting. Ability to meet physical demands, including constant lifting, twisting, and standing for long periods. strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Proficiency with basic computer systems and scanning technology. Flexibility to work the night shift: Sunday-Thursday, 8:30 PM until the work is finished.
