at Personnel Plus, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Personnel Plus, Inc. is hiring Election Operations Technicians in Boise, Idaho Our client is seeking detail-oriented and organized Election Operations Technicians to support elections preparation, equipment set-up, logistics, inventory management, and administrative support. This role combines warehouse work, equipment deployment, and office support in a fast-paced environment that helps ensure successful county-wide elections.
Pay and Schedule:
$18-20 per hour, depending on experience. Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Additional hours, evenings, and schedule flexibility may be required during election periods . What you'll do: Prepare, test, program, and maintain election equipment, including scanners and polling devices Install V-cards and perform quality assurance and quality control checks Pack, organize, and prepare equipment, supplies, and materials for polling locations Coordinate equipment delivery, pickup, and inventory tracking Verify equipment and supply counts before and after deployment Assist with data entry, reporting, recordkeeping, and election documentation Communicate effectively with election team and poll workers Support a small team managing county-wide election operations Assist with other duties as assigned What you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to learn new software and equipment quickly Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow detailed procedures Experience in administrative support, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related work preferred Election, technology, or government experience is a plus- NOT
REQUIRED
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift frequently throughout the workday Ability to work comfortably in both warehouse and office environments Dependable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Ability to pass required drug and background screenings To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
