Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking Temporary/Seasonal employees to complete the fulfillment of Gift Card Orders. This is a temporary seasonal assignment starting the last week of October 2026. In this role, you will access customer orders, review order requirements, accurately select and count gift cards, enter gift card information into the system, prepare gift cards for shipping, create UPS shipping labels, and place completed packages on the shipping cart. The ideal candidate will have strong Dexterity, Accuracy, Dependability, and Quickness. A person who is accustomed to playing card games and handling cards is a plus.

Seasonal NOTE:
We remain flexible with hours and start times. Since customers often place orders during the morning hours, contractors may begin the workday at 10:00 AM to make the most of their time on the job. Hours will be based on demand, and 8 hours per day cannot be guaranteed. The on-site manager will plan the work schedule based on the workload, number of orders in queue, and number of contractors needed each day. This temporary seasonal role requires flexibility, as employees may work 4 hours one day and 8 hours the next. We will extend working opportunities to each contractor as much as possible based on the available workload.

Responsibilities:
Learn how to access, make order selections in the queue, and fulfill orders. Open customer orders and review the requirements. Count the appropriate gift cards with a zero-error rate. Enter gift card number ranges and UPS tracking numbers into the system. Learn and use the TNT gift card ordering system. TNT is proprietary and built in-house. Prepare gift cards for shipping. Create shipping labels and ship packages using the UPS website. Prepare the package and place it on the cart for shipping. Maintain a clean workspace and follow a clear-desk policy from order to order. Restock consumables at the end of the day, including gift card inventory, carriers, envelopes, boxes, labels, and printer paper. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary gift card information. Maintain an average fulfillment rate of at least 5 orders per hour.
High School Graduate. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Fulfillment requires considerable aerobic movement, including bending, moving, picking up, putting down, and moving packages. General knowledge of computers, keyboarding, and the internet is required. General knowledge of Outlook/email is required. Willingness to learn the gift card ordering system (TNT), which is proprietary and built in-house. Must be able to count gift cards with zero error. Must hold proprietary gift card information confidential. Experience handling cards is a plus.
