Package Management:

Managing an on-site package room. Duties include entering packages into the system, placing packages inside the package room, organizing the package room, and delivering to residents units. Requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must be available Monday, Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday. Approximately 15-21 hours a week. Schedule to be discussed in detail at interview. Minimum required stated above. Ability to follow verbal directions. Ability to work well alone and with an amazing teammate! Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing the job at the highest level. Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills. Organized and able to follow a schedule. Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds. $18.40 per hour Serious applicants are encouraged to apply.
