Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support high-volume mail room operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on opening mail, extracting contents, and organizing materials for efficient processing, helping keep daily workflow moving smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Open incoming mail and extract contents accurately. Sort and organize materials in the required order for downstream machine processing. Maintain a steady pace while preserving accuracy and attention to detail. Support the mail room team with routine processing tasks in an onsite setting.

Required:

0-3 years of experience. Windows skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read and comprehend information quickly in a fast-paced environment.
