Kohl's Department Stores is seeking energetic Package Handlers to support our fast-paced retail logistics operations. In this role, you will unload trailers, sort and scan merchandise, build pallets, and prepare shipments for stores and online customers. You'll use basic warehouse equipment, follow safety and inventory procedures, and help keep work areas clean and organized. Responsibilities Unload incoming trailers and containers safely and efficiently Sort, scan, and label merchandise according to store and online orders Build, wrap, and stage pallets or carts for shipment to stores/customers Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyor systems Follow safety, lifting, and housekeeping standards at all times Maintain accuracy in counts, scans, and inventory movement Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets set by supervisors Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to complete daily workload Report equipment or safety issues promptly to leadership Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned Required Skills Package handling Warehouse operations RF scanner use Sorting and labeling Pallet building and wrapping Loading and unloading trailers Inventory handling Basic computer skills Safety and lifting techniques Time management
