Pay:
$16-$18 per hour, based on education and experience plus shift differentials.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Job-Specific Training:
This will be provided at our Beaumont - Lexington location during the initial 8 to 10 weeks with a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm
Description:
Seeking a Hospital Services Representative who is customer service oriented, and a team player to efficiently serve customers with professionalism. Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering phone and receiving orders from hospitals and transfusion services Ensuring order timely order fulfillment and delivery. Packing blood products for shipment and delivery and processing returns. Inspecting units for proper labeling, tags and quality
Work Environment:
This position regularly involves the following: Standing for long periods of time. Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds. Interacting with hospitals and transfusion services. Reading, understanding, and applying Standard Operating Procedures. Entering and accessing electronic information.
Requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years with high school diploma/equivalent. MS Office and Adobe proficiency with the ability to navigate web applications and internal custom systems. Must possess excellent customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to easily learn new skills, and follow standard operating procedures. Have a strong, stable work history. Excellent customer service skills. Pre-employment background check and drug are required. Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
