Manage Operations:

Accurately oversee incoming and outgoing Advisor mail, ensuring seamless distribution. Process with

Precision:

Scan, index, and sort incoming mail for various business units while meticulously handling sensitive data.

Lead and Mentor:

Train new staff and cross-train across Statement, Imaging, and Fulfilment groups to foster a collaborative culture.

Solve Problems:

Process troubleshooting mail and inbound bulk mail with strict attention to detail. Essential Skills for

Success Must-Haves:

1+ year experience with Imaging and Indexing systems, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Outlook. Ability to stand for up to 4 hours daily and safely lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred:
