Adecco Staffing is hiring a Mail Associate for an office-based opportunity in Canton, MA. This is a hands-on document and mail-processing role with opportunities to cross-train on different tasks.

9:00 AM-5:30 PM What You'll Do Scan and process documents using office equipment Fold letters and prepare documents for mailing Insert documents into envelopes Sort incoming and outgoing mail Prepare completed mailings for shipment Monitor work for accuracy and consistency Follow established procedures and production instructions Push carts and move boxes weighing approximately 30-40 lbs. Maintain a clean, organized and professional work area Cross-train on different document and mail-processing tasks What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and dependable work habits Ability to work at a consistent pace while maintaining quality Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions Professional communication and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. and push carts Willingness to learn and cross-train on different processes

Pay Details:
