Job Summary We are seeking an Office/Mail Service Associate in Lowell, MA. This role is ideal for a dependable administrative and clerical professional with mailroom, shipping, receiving, FedEx, UPS, or courier processing experience. This positions involves occasional floating to Boston, MA, as needed. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, supporting multiple departments, and being part of a collaborative workplace with clear expectations and supportive leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, U.S. Postal mail, and interdepartmental correspondence to the correct recipients and departments.
• Collect, prepare, and process outgoing mail and courier shipments using computer systems or service provider equipment.
• Track shipments, maintain mailing records and logs, and complete accurate data entry as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of mailroom, shipping, and mailing supplies.
• Pick up and deliver supplies to designated locations for mailing projects and office support needs.
• Handle confidential and sensitive materials appropriately while supporting additional duties as assigned. Compensation and Benefits
• Pay rate: $18 to $20 per hour.

  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
