GED Full Job Description :
Handing all incoming and assisting with outgoing mail and packages. Deliver of packages to team members throughout the building. Gathering mail data and tracking packages.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Effectively communicate delivery issues with FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon and other delivery chains. Must be able to run U.S. postage machine and add funds, and address any issues that may arise. Be able to utilize UZONE/phone directory to located team members. Must be able to gather mail data from tracking software (Sendsuite tracking) and implement into an Excel spreadsheet for team metrics and other important information if needed. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Possible courier runs to banks, post office, law office or other required runs Scan/sort incoming packages. Clearly communicate issues to leadership and have a plan of action for perceived issues. Utilizing pallet jack for unloading/loadingWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications:
High school diploma Strong attention to detail Exceptional Client Service skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. Be able to be on your feet for long periods of time Pallet jack experience a plus Mailroom experience is preferred, but not required Hilo experience is preffered, but not requiredTHE PLACE & THE PERKS
