Job Summary TM Love LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable mail route driver for a USPS highway contract route based in Fredericktown, MO. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You must have your OWN SUV or minivan with 120-150 cubic feet of cargo space. The route runs Monday through Saturday, approximately 6:50 AM to 3:15 PM.

Anticipated start:

mid-October 2026. Responsibilities Case and sort mail at the post office. Load your vehicle and deliver mail and packages along an established route — approximately 482 boxes over an 82-mile rural route. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Provide courteous customer service by addressing delivery inquiries. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while on the road. Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure reliability. Requirements Prior delivery experience (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, or any delivery work) is strongly required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a USPS background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening. Reliable vehicle with 120-150 cubic feet of cargo space and valid insurance.
