$25.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to support the daily return and reconciliation process for appliance delivery teams operating on behalf of a major national retailer. This position serves as a critical liaison between independent contractor delivery teams, warehouse personnel, and customer representatives to ensure all returned product, paperwork, and equipment are accurately accounted for at the end of each delivery route. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, possesses strong communication skills, and can effectively manage dock operations while monitoring route activity throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Monitor delivery routes throughout the day using company systems and reporting tools to track truck progress and estimated return times. Coordinate inbound truck traffic and maintain organized warehouse dock operations during route returns. Check independent contractor delivery teams back into the warehouse upon route completion. Verify returned appliances, customer returns, damaged products, exchanges, and undelivered items are accurately reconciled. Review and validate route paperwork, delivery documentation, and inventory records for completeness and accuracy. Communicate professionally with contractors, warehouse personnel, and customer representatives to resolve discrepancies and operational concerns. Maintain accurate records within transportation, delivery, and warehouse management systems. Assist with inventory audits, reconciliation activities, and operational reporting. Escalate service failures, damaged product concerns, and inventory discrepancies to management as needed. Remain on-site until the final delivery route has returned and all end-of-day reconciliation processes are completed. Provide additional warehouse and operational support as business needs require. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, operations, or inventory control preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computer systems, transportation management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with contractors, customers, and internal teams.
