HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION
This is a part-time position between 15-40 hours a week that will be at least 3 months assisting our motor vehicle refunds team. You will work in a friendly environment processing receipts for scanning, keying applications into a tracker, pulling paperwork for voicemails, calls and emails amongst other small duties. Responsibilities
•What you'll do
DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION
Reviewing the request for all required documentation and information required to process the transaction Finding and printing documents/receipts that were not included in the request Keying the customer information into a tracker for following the transaction through its different stages Sending the customer notification of what is needed if the request cannot be processed Responding to customer phone inquiries about their refund request Sorting the refund requests into types of refund Other tasks needed to assist the team through the processes Qualifications
