Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles to complete assigned routes. Load and unload packages and mail using appropriate lifting techniques, heavy lifting skills, and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary. Drive route-specific vehicles with precision, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols while maintaining an efficient delivery schedule. Deliver parcels directly to customers' doorsteps or designated drop-off points, providing friendly and professional customer service at each stop. Manage route logistics by planning the most efficient path, loading packages correctly, and ensuring timely deliveries throughout the day. Maintain vehicle safety by conducting routine inspections, reporting issues promptly, and ensuring proper vehicle maintenance. . Experience Prior experience in delivery driving is beneficial. Demonstrated customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and community members. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly throughout the day. .
