Job Description

Outbound Mail Processor, Littleton, NH Perform all mailing functions as needed to process outgoing mail for our busy direct mail operations.

Position is located at company headquarters in Littleton, NH. You'll prepare outgoing mail for shipment to various carriers. This includes sorting, weighing, applying postage and moving mail throughout our manifest system.
Primary responsibilities include:
Performing tasks within established production & quality standards Operating mail machine and PC-based manifest system (Casi) to process outgoing mail Using an automatic scale and meter machine to apply postage Ensuring correct handling, documentation and shipping of packages Completing carrier close-outs in a timely manner for pickups Accounting for personal production through log-on reporting Moving mail by using assorted transport vehicles (including loading/unloading of trucks) Performing other miscellaneous tasks related to mail distribution Qualified applicant will have: High school diploma or equivalent 3-12 months experience in Outbound Fulfillment or related function Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., more with assistance Valid driver's license Flexibility to bend and reach Ability to stand for extended periods of time and use shoulders, elbows, wrists, etc. all day (repetitive motion) Basic math skills Organized work habits Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to use PC-based automated computer manifest system Ability to work overtime as needed Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
