Job Description
Overview Status LLC is hiring a Part-Time Mail Clerk to join our Bayville, NJ office. This is a hands-on, entry-level role supporting our day-to-day mail, phone, and clerical operations. Location Bayville, NJ, in-office, part-time (4 days/week, 10:00am-3:00pm; 1 day/week, 10:00am-2:00pm) About Status LLC Status LLC is a process serving and legal support company based in Bayville, NJ, with more than twenty years of experience. The team handles personal service of process throughout New Jersey, including service on any state government agency, along with nationwide and international service. Status also offers courtesy filing of affidavits in New Jersey. About the Role As Mail Clerk, you'll be one of the first points of contact for clients and process servers, keeping certified and regular mail, affidavits, and phone calls handled promptly and accurately. This is a great fit for someone organized, personable, and comfortable learning Outlook and general office systems. What You'll Do You'll handle all incoming and outgoing certified and regular mail, including tracking and logging affidavits. You'll answer and route phone calls professionally and promptly. You'll manage day-to-day correspondence and scheduling through Outlook email. You'll support light clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. You'll pitch in on general office needs as they come up. What You'll Bring Outlook proficiency preferred, or willingness to learn (paid training provided). Basic computer knowledge, including Windows and Microsoft email. Comfort answering phones and communicating with clients and vendors. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in-office in Bayville, NJ per the schedule listed above. Compensation Part-time, hourly position

$17.00 per hourSchedule:
