Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Small Parcel Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently transport small parcels, packages, documents, and business deliveries to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidates are expected to have strong time management skills, a clean driving record, excellent customer service, the ability to work independently while representing the company in a professional manner. This is an independent contractor (1099) position with opportunities for dedicated routes, same-day deliveries, scheduled routes, and on-demand deliveries with NO Benefits including Workers Compensation. Key Responsibilities Pick up, transport, and deliver small parcels according to assigned routes and schedules Load and unload packages safely and accurately to prevent damage. Verify package information before delivery. Complete assigned delivery routes efficiently and on time Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and basic operational condition Demonstrate professionalism at all times Maintain accurate delivery documentation using GPS and route planning tools Maintain customer and company confidentiality at all times Communicate with dispatch regarding any delays, route changes,or delivery issues. Driver Qualifications Minimum or 25 years of age Valid driver's license with proof of insurance Clean driving record (MVR) Ability to pass a background check Reliable clean insured vehicle appropriate for deliveries Smartphone with reliable data service Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines Dependable, punctual with good attendance Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience preferred Be able to speak, write and understand English Physical Requirements Drivers Must be able to: Lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently Enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day Walk up and down stairs Drive, Stand and walk for extended periods Work outdoors in various weather conditions Work Environments Residential neighborhoods Apartment communities Commercial businesses Warehouses Distribution centers Work may include exposure to:
