- 6:00 PM (the following shift if the employee is not scheduled for evening intake the next day)

Job Duties:
o Duties will vary from immediate through November 12th. We are seeking staff members who can adapt to different facets of the office.
Responsibilities include:
o General Job Duties ? Provide general clerical support, including compiling, organizing, and distributing information. ? Perform data entry, verify accuracy and maintain information in specialized systems. ? Proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting. ? Collect, verify, and enter data into applicable systems. ? Prepare general correspondence and maintain confidentiality of department information. ? Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines. ? Communicate clearly and maintain positive working relationships. ? Provide Public Call Center support by responding to voter inquiries professionally and delivering high-quality customer service. ? Document calls and handle sensitive or high-volume public interactions appropriately. o Specialized Job Duties ? Verification of voter signatures with the responsibility of protecting personal information. ? Daily intake and chain of custody. ? Material handling including moving trays and boxes of up to 500 ballots at a time by hand and using carts. ? Ability to assist in ballot batching and organization. ? Checking in, stamping, and sorting mail ballots. ? Operating machinery such as mail ballot extractors and counters, scanners. ? Comfortability with public visibility and working and maintaining a non-partisan environment. ? Follow process direction and adhere to prescribed rules and requirements for all functions. Inability to follow rules can result in immediate termination.
Additional Requirements:
o Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a professional office environment. o Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, during election operations. o Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, copiers, and telephones. o Repeated absences and tardies can result in termination.
