Job Description

i Team, We are looking to hire one B2B Administrator (Industrial Admin Assistant) for our operations at with our USA Parkway Partner . This is a critical role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end B2B process, from routing and scheduling to final order closing in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Role Details Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay Rate:
$24.50/hr
Location:
USA PARKWAY
Key Responsibilities Routing & Scheduling:
Manage incoming orders and coordinate pickups with business partners.
Documentation:
Print labels, pick sheets, and packing instructions; create BOLs for outbound freight.
WMS Management:
Lead the order closing process and maintain integration platforms to ensure seamless data exchange.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular checks for order accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries and work closely with warehouse staff to ensure fluid operations.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Previous background in B2B administration, logistics, or supply chain.
Technical Skills:
Experience with routing systems (e.g., Logicbroker, Bluejay, Target TMS ) and WMS proficiency.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 75 lbs) and operate relevant material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
Environment:
Must be comfortable working in a distribution center with varying temperatures, heights, and moderate noise levels.
Testing:
Candidates must pass a Simple Math Test provided by Pridestaff Core Competencies Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Meticulous attention to detail. Proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Ability to work occasional extended hours based on business needs.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $24.50 - $24.50 Per Year
