Flexible shifts between Monday - Sunday Indeed Flex is hiring dependable and motivated Package Handlers to support high-volume warehouse operations in Lockbourne, OH . If you enjoy hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and flexible scheduling, this is a great opportunity to earn steady pay while building valuable warehouse experience. What You'll Do Unload inbound trailers safely and efficiently Sort and organize freight by ZIP code Load delivery trucks accurately to meet route deadlines Follow all safety procedures and productivity standards Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly What You'll Bring Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfort standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for the entire shift Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic Willingness to complete required safety training
