Job Description
Shadyside area company is in need of a reliable candidate to join their Mailroom operations group.
Duties to include:
- Receive, log, and organize incoming mail and packages
- Contact staff member to notify them of arrivals and coordinate pickups
- Transport and deliver packages across designated locations
- Perform basic copying services and complete light data entry to track inventory
Requirements:
- Proficient PC skills and accurate date input skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift/move packages that weigh up to 40 lbs
