440 Transportation is hiring two Seasonal Load Assistants to help our FedEx delivery operation during peak season. This is a temporary position available immediately through December 26th and is a great fit for someone looking to pick up extra income with a consistent early-morning schedule.

December 26th What You'll Do You'll work at the FedEx station in the morning helping prepare delivery trucks before drivers head out for the day.

Responsibilities include:

Loading FedEx packages into delivery trucks Organizing packages into the correct sections of each truck Handling packages safely and efficiently Identifying damaged, leaking, or broken packages Keeping the loading process organized and moving efficiently Following company and FedEx safety procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are dependable, active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to stay organized, pay attention to package placement, and work independently once you understand the process.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be available for early-morning shift, approximately 6:00 AM-10:00 AM Must be able to safely handle packages throughout the shift Must be reliable and consistently report to scheduled shifts on time No delivery driving is required for this position.
