Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team. As an Assisted Rural Carrier you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages along an assigned route. You will be required to use a personal owned vehicle (POV) if a postal vehicle is not provided. For the use of your POV you receive an additional $1.07 per mile Tax Free Skills
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Follow established routes for efficient delivery services
- Work indoors and outdoors in all weather: rain, snow, cold and heat
- Sort, lift and push moderate to heavy loads of packages to prepare for delivery
- Ability to load and unload packages safely and efficiently It takes three to four weeks to get your security clearance to be considered for the job.
