Job Description

TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry. Under the direct supervision of the Manager and Leads, the Imaging Associate is responsible to perform general imaging and administrative tasks in support of client operations. Image capture involves the scanning of paper documents into the organizations workflow systems. The preparation of mail is a meticulous process of separating mail into individual work requests from participants and institutions. Part of the process involves preparing documents in such a way as to ensure that the work requests can be better identified and routed by the Document Indexers downstream.
Responsibilities:
Opening and sorting mail items Identifying and processing priority mail Preparing mail items for scanning Scanning documents into the workflow Process all new requests received into the company, including mail delivered by couriers from the Post Office and also mail received from other express courier services. Assist in other areas of the process, as needed.Qualifications:
Must have a HS diploma or equivalent. Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess general computer knowledge (data entry) Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater. 1-2 years prior office services related experience. Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion. Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur. Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
