Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mail Processor to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in the efficient handling of mail and packages. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all mail is processed accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:

Handle all outgoing mail (mainly UPS, no freight or boxes) Scan, package, label, track, and manage the mail process efficiently. Focused office desk role, with primary responsibility for organizing and dispatching outgoing mail.

Qualifications:

Experience with mail handling, UPS shipping, label creation, and tracking 6 months+ of office/administrative experience Comfortable with technology, including quick adaptation to CRM systems. Strong attention to detail; primary duties require precision, especially in ensuring accurate labels, addresses, and document filing. Customer service experience is key, as this role also includes providing backup support to the front desk receptionist, answering calls, and assisting with deliveries when needed.
