Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles. Perform route driving duties while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols. Load and unload mail and packages, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as necessary. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking any issues or discrepancies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from customers during deliveries. Assist with heavy lifting and moving of mail and packages as required. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving or route driving is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely, including box trucks. Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as part of daily duties. Excellent organizational skills to manage routes efficiently. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
