Accommodations Manager > Shift Lead > Housekeeper Job Summary The Adrift and Inn housekeeping team is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitization of our rooms, common spaces, and our event space. Duties + Responsibilities Report to work on time and ready for your shift Communicate with Accommodations Manager and Shift Lead to understand the work that needs to be done each day Use our systems to efficiently clean rooms and prepare them for the next guests Communicate maintenance and facilities needs through the appropriate channels Interact with guests in a friendly a professional manner Permission to Play Values These values represent the essential, non-negotiable behavioral standards required for every member of our team: Kindness

Qualifications 1+ years of housekeeping experience is a plus! Average time spent in operations 100% FLSA (overtime eligibility) Non-Exempt Physically Demanding 90% Customer Facing 50% Weekend and Holiday availability Yes
