Job Summary:
Crow's Nest Cabins is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Associates to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you play a critical role in shaping every arrival, stay, and departure with warmth and efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and skilled at multitasking in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. This role requires accuracy in reservation systems, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to support guests, colleagues, and management with professionalism. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Perform a variety of moderately difficult customer service tasks with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. Apply knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and generate maximum sales opportunities. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation updates with accuracy and courtesy. Assist guests, employees, and management by responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email. Use computerized reservation systems to enter, modify, and confirm guest data with precision. Evaluate guest needs and provide timely, effective solutions. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, and workstations. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle transactions, records, and documentation in compliance with company standards. Uphold a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and legendary hospitality at all times.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent certification. Minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales. Proficiency using computer business applications and working knowledge of computerized reservation systems. Ability to communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing—with guests, management, and team members. Ability to assess guest needs, answer questions, collect information, and accurately enter data. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
