Job Description

Overview As a Receptionist, you will be the vibrant face of our organization, welcoming clients and visitors with a warm smile and exceptional service. Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing outstanding support to our team. You will manage multi-line phone systems, assist with administrative tasks, and create a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to excellence. What you'll do Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with enthusiasm and professionalism. Manage incoming calls through multi-line phone systems, directing them to the appropriate departments. Maintain an organized front desk area while handling clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents. Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping as needed. Support office management by coordinating schedules and managing calendars for team members. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with administrative tasks including typing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and managing Google Workspace applications. Foster a welcoming environment by ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Basic qualifications Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective phone etiquette and customer support experience to enhance client interactions. Preferred qualifications Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable. Familiarity with office management practices and clerical experience will give you an edge in this role. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
