Job Description
Full-Time Front Desk / Scheduler Join Our Team! We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk / Scheduler to join our busy radiology clinic. Our clinic is committed to providing exceptional patient care and high-quality diagnostic imaging in a professional, supportive, and welcoming environment. We value teamwork, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Position Details Full-time:
Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00PM Overtime:

DOE (depending on experience) Responsibilities As a Front Desk / Scheduler, you will play an important role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and ensuring our patients feel cared for from the moment they contact us. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and compassion Answering multiple phone lines and responding to patient inquiries Scheduling and coordinating appointments Collecting and processing patient payments Faxing and handling medical records Completing patient charting and maintaining accurate information Processing medical records requests Keeping the front desk and patient areas clean, organized, and welcoming Assisting the team with daily administrative needs Multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous medical office experience perferd Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy The ability to prioritize and stay calm in a busy environment A positive, team-oriented attitude Compassion and genuine care for patients Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn Why Join Us?
