Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Wasilla, AK. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Daily tasks include managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining organized records, and supporting the team with general clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry. The role also involves providing friendly and professional customer service, addressing basic inquiries, and ensuring the reception area is clean, orderly, and welcoming. The Receptionist will collaborate with office staff to support smooth operations and may assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to manage calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries effectively. Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills to handle filing, data entry, scheduling, and basic office administration. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members. Basic computer proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) is beneficial. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a busy office environment. Prior experience in an office, reception, or customer-facing role is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or related fields is a plus.
