Monday-Friday Job Description We are seeking a dependable and organized Receptionist to support daily operations for a mobile home community in Auburn, AL. This position serves as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors and plays a key role in keeping office communication, documentation, and reporting organized for property management review. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally Greet tenants, vendors, and visitors Receive and document maintenance and work order requests Communicate tenant issues and maintenance needs to the appropriate staff Assist tenants with basic questions regarding leases, policies, and procedures Prepare, organize, and maintain lease documents and tenant files Accept and record rent payments and fees Track outstanding balances and assist with accounts receivable reporting Compile tenant, maintenance, and financial information for Property Manager review Maintain organized office records and perform data entry Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (email, data entry, document management) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Prior office, receptionist, or property management experience preferred, but not required Work Environment Office-based position within a mobile home community Regular interaction with tenants, vendors, and management How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
