As a Front Desk Associate, you'll set the tone for every visit - creating a friendly, professional, and motivating environment from the moment someone walks in.
What You'll Do:
Greet and check in members, guests, and visitors. Handle calls, questions, and transactions with a smile. Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized. Support club programs and member engagement.
What We're Looking For:
Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills. Organized, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Interest in building a career in fitness—future opportunities as a Personal Trainer, Membership Manager, and more. Basic computer and cash-handling skills. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
