Position Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage Office Receptionist and assist with customer inquiries, reservations, and administrative tasks in Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly Assist with reservations, bookings, and general inquiries Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness Keep accurate records of client interactions Provide general administrative support to the team Qualifications High School diploma Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Benefits Flexible scheduling Opportunities to work at various events Supportive team environment
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support

6-8 hours
Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour , depending on experience
