We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk in a busy veterinary practice.Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle payments and billing processes
- Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff members
- Assist with basic animal care tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
