We are looking for a dedicated professional to be the friendly face and welcoming voice of our practice. In this role, you will greet pet owners and their beloved animals, ensuring they feel cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. If you have veterinary industry experience and love a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and administrative talents to help us deliver top-quality animal care. What You'll Do Greet clients warmly and provide knowledgeable and compassionate service to them and their pets Handle medical collections accurately while maintaining compliance with Veterinary Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and USDA regulations Help ensure consistent, professional communication with clients in person, by phone, and through electronic channels Assist clients with appointments, boarding reservations, questions, concerns, and general requests Manage a busy phone system while maintaining a friendly and calm demeanor Coordinate scheduling and help maximize appointment and boarding availability Communicate clearly with veterinary team members regarding client needs and patient information Help resolve client concerns and find appropriate solutions Support accurate client records, estimates, payments, and account information Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming reception area Set a positive example for the CSR team through professionalism, teamwork, and excellent client care Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience and front-desk workflow Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining veterinary terminology clearly, and fostering trust What We're Looking For Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital, veterinary clinic, boarding facility, or similar veterinary setting is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, approachable, and professional personality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling challenging client conversations with patience and empathy Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed Strong computer and scheduling skills Ability to remain calm and positive during busy periods A genuine passion for animals combined with a professional attitude dedicated to providing outstanding pet care and client support Why Join Our Team?
