Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist with bilingual skills (preferred) to join company in staffing and HOA business.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires familiarity with office procedures, computer and phone systems, administrative skills for documentation review. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage patient check-ins and check-out Answer multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and assist with patient inquiries Assist with intake procedures and gather necessary applicant or customer information Support front desk administrative functions such as filing, data entry (10 key typing), and managing office supplies Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area while adhering to clinic policies Experience Previous experience in an office and reception setting is highly preferred, especially in Staffing or other typ of offices Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and apple products Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information Bilingual abilities are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse populations This position offers an engaging opportunity to be an integral part of a healthcare team dedicated to providing quality patient care through efficient administrative support.
