Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing excellent front-desk support while assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. The position offers on-site training and is ideal for individuals looking to work two to four days a week, with flexibility and growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be a professional who can manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and a positive attitude. Hourly Pay Rate will be determined by experience. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and handle general administrative tasks. Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, such as data entry, scanning, and record keeping. Support office operations by performing various clerical tasks as needed. Receive training on-site to develop proficiency in bookkeeping procedures and office systems. Work two to four days per week, providing consistent support during scheduled hours. Tuesday availability is preferred. Hours may increase during tax season (January - April). Experience Previous experience in bookkeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are necessary for interacting with clients and team members. Ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Hourly Pay Rate will be determined by experience. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your administrative and bookkeeping skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

From $1.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
