Job Description

As the first point of contact, our Front Desk team plays a vital role in shaping the guest experience. Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities Basic computer skills Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred 3:00pm-11:00pm - 11:00pm-7:00am 16-24 hours per week. Must be willing to work some weekends
