Job Description
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Busy Psychiatric Clinic seeking full-time staff. Competently perform administrative assistant duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, triaging phone calls, completing prior authorizations for medications and procedure, and other various administrative assistant duties as directed. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management- Professional phone etiquette with clear verbal communication skills Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient needs effectively. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and treatment plans as needed Administer computerized testing as ordered by provider Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Previous experience in a medical clinic is preferred but not required Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to providing compassionate care and improving patient outcomes. We do not work Holidays.
