Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and ensure smooth daily operations within our office environment. Duties Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately within the office Manage phones, answer inquiries, and route calls with professionalism and courtesy Handle data entry tasks. Maintain organized filing systems, update records, and ensure accurate document management Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or clients Support office management tasks including inventory control, supply ordering, and basic office cleaning (sweeping, dusting, etc.) Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in office administration or front desk reception roles with clerical experience Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and client communication Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in medical receptionist duties or personal assistant roles is a plus Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while providing outstanding customer support Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and be part of an energetic environment where your organizational talents and positive attitude will make a meaningful impact!
