Job Description
•Please apply in person•The receptionists main responsibility is to provide adequate and accurate client assistance through phone and email, process financial transactions, scheduling and confirming appointments, and most importantly maintain thorough patient records up to and including patient history, vaccination information, medications, surgeries, etc. all while keeping a friendly and well mannered attitude. Must be able to multi-task, take detailed information and notes and keep a clean/organized work area. Proficient computer/typing skills and good grammar are necessary. Some cleaning and patient involvement is a must; this requires being able to lift up to 50lb, walking and standing for long periods of time and some outdoor work in the elements. We ask that any applicants have reliable transportation, good grooming, and experience in a veterinary, medical, or receptionist position. This position is Full Time Only. Must be able to work full shift. Some weekends and holidays are required. Must be 18 years or older to apply. •Please apply in person•
